It’s not all flash toys getting our attention to detail

Here we have 2 Hilux diffs we are having to rebuilt after their owner bought from somewhere else as a rebuilt unit and failing quickly and then not standing up to back their work

Was easy to see what some of the other suppliers of exchange diff options in Nz don’t treat a rebuild the same as us and why getting from a actual diff rebuilder gets you a lot more for usually very little extra cost

We have all the correct tooling to do the job correctly and we fully strip and check everything every time no guessing plus install upgrades to everything we to build to make it as strong as possible

We don’t just sell you a box we design a solution

Not every car just needs a 9”

We find that most cars would benefit from something smaller and more efficient to be able to use your toy more

Even for a lot of smaller cars that the go to was a Hilux we have much better options that are lighter better wheel bearing and brake options

Borg Warner based options are the best option for many of these vehicles

With ratios of 2.77 to 4.11 can be matched to most common engine gearbox and wheel combos

Axles in 28 and 31 spline to handle anything you give it

We have drum and disk brake options to suit 13” up to big 340mm to fill up the 20” wheels

We can supply a drop in package to suit most vehicles with just hook up the brake hose and connect hand brake cable bolt straight in to factory and know you have a rear end you can depend on

Don’t ignore that clunk in the rear these diffs are very common to fail in the l*d and can totally destroy your diff

Fit one of Diff King distracs and have some peace of mind

We can also offer ratio upgrades to liven up and make your LS sing our most common is 3.7 as a good all round option

We are looking for an experienced mechanic/machinist/engine builder to add to busy our team.
Someone who has great time management skills and is looking for some variety as no day is the same!
To work with us you would need to have a love for cars and a great sense of humour plus true attention to details
We are based in Templeton so you get a county feel.
After building up a purpose built work shop for all drivetrain repairs and modifications we have a requirement for another talented person.
This is not an entry level role experience in automotive repair is essential.
Duties would be:
Removing and rebuilding diffs
Manufacturing custom complete rear axles
Race car fabrication and maintenance
Custom work on hot rods
The successful applicant will bring the following to our team:
A proven track record in automotive repairs and services.
A high level of reliability, integrity and professionalism.
Commitment and dedication to finish work to the highest standards.
Clear, concise and confident communication skills.
Ability to work and time manage to a deadline.
Able to work solely or as part of a team.
A full, clean driver license
Pay will depend on the applicants skills and experience.

We are very flexible on work hours for this role to suit your lifestyle so 4 day weeks , part time no problem
