Congratulations Oratia 13th Grade Ninja !!

"The team have been outstanding all season. They have grown as individuals and as a team. They have shown dedication and heart in all of their games this year. There has been some adversity in the season, including missing out on the league title by 1 point. Despite this, on the last game of the season the team still pulled together to record a decisive win, and more importantly the team decided amongst themselves to work to get one of the players who had not yet scored a goal, to score a goal. Which they managed to do, and then the team mobbed him, like they had just won the world cup."

So proud of this team. Great bunch of boys. So happy to be a supporter of them and the club this season.

The 13th Grade Oratia Ninjas had another fantastic result on the weekend, coming away with a 4-2 win over a tough Birkenhead side.

The boys currently sitting 2nd (by a goal difference of 1) on the table, a huge achievement with the step up to youth football.

The Ninjas take on Takapuna this Saturday at Taharoto Park, 12.15pm.
