🚐 Fleet Vehicle Brake Repair – 2007 Toyota Hiace

This 2007 Toyota Hiace fleet vehicle came into us with a brake noise, and after inspection, we found a few issues that needed attention.

The front brake pads were wearing unevenly, caused by a sticking brake caliper. The caliper required a rebuild to restore correct operation and ensure even brake pad wear.

At the rear, we found a leaking wheel cylinder, which had contaminated the brake shoes. This meant the rear brakes required a complete replacement to get the braking system back to where it needed to be.

🔧 Front caliper rebuilt
🛑 Front brake pads and rotors replaced
🔩 Rear wheel cylinders replaced
🛠️ Rear brake shoes replaced
✅ Full brake system repaired and checked

As a fleet vehicle, keeping it off the road means lost time for the business. We worked quickly to diagnose the problem, carry out the repairs and get this Hiace back on the road and back to work as soon as possible.

🔧 WOF Repairs – 2010 Subaru Legacy

This 2010 Subaru Legacy came into us for some WOF repairs, with the rear differential bushes requiring replacement.

We removed the rear differential carrier and replaced the worn bushes, restoring the mounting and ensuring the differential is properly supported.

While the vehicle was with us, we also carried out a general inspection and noted that all four tyres are getting low on tread and the vehicle is also due for a service.

It’s always worth keeping on top of these items before they become a bigger issue. Regular servicing and inspections can help identify wear and maintenance needs early, keeping your vehicle safer and more reliable on the road.
