Heya Folks. The clean car rebate for Hybrid and battery cars ENDS December 31'st. .
This affects most Hybrid cars and ALL electric vehicles.
In most cases this is between $1000 and $4000 you get back post purchase.
You must have the car registered to you AND have the completed application for CCR in before midnight 31 of December. They are saying there are no exceptions.
INSIDE the car industry this is big news. but you folks might not have heard.

At this time of year many families are having a hard time with the cost of food. So I am taking some items to the Waitakere Salvation Army food bank on View Road next week and I am collecting items of non perishable food at
Millars Car Centre
25 Corban Avenue, Henderson

They lost all of their funding very suddenly in July and donations are way down this year. They do such an amazing job in the community not just helping with food but also budgeting advise.

Our recent Christmas run helped out a lot so I have extended this and would like to ask all of my family and friends as well as the wider community to help if they are able to.

Heya Folks.
Something that has really raised its head lately is Car Insurance.
Car prices from your Million dollar supercars down to $1000 dollar runabouts have gone up in a significant way over the past couple of years.
Literally speaking the price of your car has gone UP not down.
Insurance values have not kept up
This means your car "market" value is a lot less than the real replacement value. Most times thousands of dollars different.
Agreed value is now actually worse with cars being insured for thousands of dollars less than the 2023 cost of replacement.
SO please take a couple of minutes to find out what your car is insured for AND the real cost to replace it with an "identical" car. Before you find out by accident its way under insured.

Due to Vector upgrading the poles outside the yard today, we have no power, phone or internet until 5:30pm. Unfortunately we were not told about the outage just the work so we were not able to plan for this.
