If you only have one day in Auckland, this is how we’d spend it. 🇳🇿

Start in the city.
See the Sky Tower.
Pretend you’re brave enough to walk on the glass floor.
Then get out of the CBD and head east toward Maraetai.
Grab an ice cream, walk the beach, maybe attempt a manu off the wharf… although doing that in almost-winter was definitely a decision.

But honestly, the best part of the day is the drive there.
Windows down, coastal roads, no Auckland traffic… it’s the kind of trip that reminds you the journey can be just as good as the destination.

Then finish the day properly with the Devonport ferry back into the city at sunset. For $7, it’s probably the best view of Auckland you’ll get.

It’s the perfect day in and around Auckland. But don’t forget, most importantly… rent something fun from MotorShare 😉
