This week we were stoked to get the opportunity to present the Toyota New Zealand Community Award alongside RYDA Road Safety New Zealand to Rhys Jenkins of Rotary District 9999 who's been instrumental in strengthening support of the RYDA Programme across the district.

From supporting new schools to come on board, to connecting clubs and keeping communication flowing, Rhys has helped bring the community together for the shared goal of supporting young people to stay safe on our roads.

Paul Fiebiger, Branch Manager headed along to hand over the award along with Liona Stanicich RYDA South Island Programme Co-Ordinator to hand the award over to Rhys Jenkins Youth Portfolio Director, Rotary District 9999, Paddy Ford, President of Rotary Alexandra and Arnold Hooykaas, Youth Director for the Rotary Club.

Awesome to see this dedication in the community, truly well deserved!
