Laxmi Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd, the sole authorised distributors of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, has pulled the wrap off its highly-awaited Creta at a grand event in the capital today. The Hyundai Creta has been launched at a starting price of Rs 39,96,000. While the petrol variants will range from Rs 39,96,000 to Rs 49,96,00, the diesel variants will cost between Rs 43,96,000 to 58,96,000. 13The Hyundai Creta will be made available in five trim levels- Base, S, SX+, SX+ (Automatic Transmission) and SX(O). It will be made available in three engine options, and two gearbox options. The Creta is the first car in its segment to offer diesel automatic option.
The 1.4L diesel engine makes 89 bhp, while the 1.6L diesel motor produces 126 bhp. Similarly, the petrol unit is capable of producing 122bhp.23Hyundai Creta comes loaded with variant-specifi features: 6 Airbags- first in segment, ABS (standard across all variants), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management, Hill Start Assist Control, Front fog lamps, Static bending lights with cornering lamps, Reverse parking camera with steering adaptive guidelines and sensors, and Projector headlamps, among many others. 22The Hyundai Creta measures 4270mm in length, 1780mm in width and 1630mm in height with a wheelbase of 2590mm. The base variant gets 16-inch steel wheels, while the top-end variant comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. The mid-level variants features 16-inch alloys. The Creta has a 55-litre fuel tank.
