Subject: To cover the Indian expansionism over Nepal in Lipulekh, Limpiyadhura and Kalapani.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Coming under the common roof of UN and aligned together for the peace, prosperity and sovereignty of the either countries, both Nepal and India have been enjoying ties since 1947. However, from long time back, and mostly in the recent years, Nepal being a sovereign country has been facing territorial insecurity from the big neighbours. Recently, India has inaugurated the road to Kailash Mansarovar region via Lipulekh pass, which is claimed by Nepal as its territory upon the Sugauli Treaty signed between The East India Company and the King of Nepal in 1815 A.D. The process went with the bilateral agreement between India and China, disregarding the Nepalese territory through which the road runs. So, I request you to cover the matter as fairly as possible. This is a clear example of imperialism and Indian expansionism that none of the Nepalese are ready to let go.
Sincerely
NEPAL
