अहिलेको अबिरल बर्षाले हामी कसैको मोटरसाईकल/स्कुटर पानीमा डुबेमा के गर्ने भनेर केही सुझाएका छौ:

डुबेको बाइकलाई सुख्खा ठाँउमा ल्याएपछि साँचो हालेर अन गर्ने भुल गर्नु हुदैन । त्यस्तै किक हानेर स्टार्ट गर्ने प्रयास झनै गर्नु हुदैन । यसले त झन इन्जिनको सबै ठाँउमा पानी पुर्याई झनै क्षति पूर्याउने छ ।

सबैभन्दा पहिला बाइकमा रहेको पुरै फुयुल खालिगर्नुस्, त्यसपछि इन्जिनमा रहेको लुब्रिकेन्ट पनि ड्रेन गर्नुस् । ब्याट्रीकाे कनेक्सन छुटाउनुस र त्यसलाइ सुख्खा कपडाले पुछेर राख्नुहाेस् । इन्जिनलाई कम्तीमा पनि २, ३ पटक फ्लस गर्नूस् । इन्जिनलाई सकेसम्म सुकाउने र सुख्खा बनाउने प्रयास गर्नुहोस् ।

बाइकमा रहेको एयर बक्स र फिल्टर बक्समा पनि पानी छिरेको हुन सक्ने भएकोले त्यसलाई पनि खोलेर पूरा सफा गर्नुहोस् । साईलेन्सरको मफ्लर ड्रेन गर्नुपर्छ त्यहाँ पनि पानी हुन सक्छ । त्यस्तै फ्युल सिस्टमको कार्बोरेटर पनि ड्रेन गर्नू पर्छ र सफा गर्नुपर्छ । त्यसछि इन्जिनको हेड निकालेर सफा गर्नूहोस् ।

अन्त्यमा इन्जिन र सिस्टममा पानी छैन भनेर ढुक्क भएपछि मात्र स्टार्ट गर्नु पर्छ । यो सबैकाम जानकार मेकानिक्सले मात्र गर्न सक्छ । आफै प्रयास नगर्नुहोला वा जुन कम्पनीको बाइक हो सोही कम्पनीको आधिकारीक सर्भिस स्टेसनमा लानु होला ।

यी प्रक्रियाहरु गरेमा पानीमा डुबेको बाइकलाई ठूलो रकम खर्चगरेर बनाउनु पर्दैन । यसबाट सानो सावधानीले ठूलो बचावट गर्न सकिन्छ ।

No pickup in this UM Bike...upon thorough investigation... the tie pit was jammed...tiepit has been setup for the maximum performance.... Bike is now as smooth as butter!!!!!!
