Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our network. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibility ;
- Strategically promote new automotive business to target accounts within your sales territory by building deep knowledge of customer business priorities, challenges, and initiatives
- Enable efficient, quality proposals for customers by ensuring appropriate needs definition and by analyzing customer environments and expectations
- Work with the Field Sales team to assist in promoting our client to our automotive customers using deep knowledge of the automotive industry and how to relate that to our solutions portfolio
- Understand our client's solutions and offerings and how customers can use those in their businesses
- Respond to existing and prospective customer requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

The manager will define long-term automotive organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, help manage existing clients and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibility:
- Be responsible for automotive business development and account management
- Find the right clients and customers, address their needs and talk to the right people at all levels of the organisation
- Develop and execute our product and market strategy
- Analyse markets, discover new market trends, define products, develop roadmaps and forecast sales quota
- Transform leads to (key) accounts, initiate the sales process and negotiate and close deals
