After receiving the International Forum ( iF DESIGN ) Design and the Red Dot Design Award, our e-NIMF Airless and e-TOPs hybrid tires have also been named the 2020 International Excellent (IDEA) Awards winner for the transportation category.
“Being recognized by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA)'s IDEA Award is an honor for the entire company,” said Jung Il-taik, the head of the R&D Division at Kumho Tire. “We have been focusing on creating cleaner, safer, and smarter products in response to the changes in the auto industry, and we will also continue to improve user convenience via the combination of our advanced technology and design capabilities.”
e-NIMF Airless Tire
Unlike the conventional tires, the e-NIMF featured a removable tread that provides excellent stability and can run almost indefinitely by changing its tread periodically.
e-TOPs Hybrid Tire
This revolutionary hybrid product encompasses the strengths of the pneumatic and airless tires. While its lower, less vulnerable section contains a volume of air, the tire is protected from road hazards by its tread design and an airless upper structure of spokes.
