Got my hands on a new tool that will make my life probably a hundred times easier to design stuff. my two previous 3D scanners was not lazer type. The new tool i have on trial is an absolute gamechanger!

Now i can finaly start doing some custom projects with correct geometry to work out of instead of manual measuring every F... inch... :D

I think i can say this winters slow moving seasons biggest project will be designing my new hybrid BoltOn Volvo 240 dashboard.
So many ideas to incorporate and mix i will have a hard time deciding. but eventually my manually modified Volvo 960 dashboard will go out of it, and in with a really, hopefully, cool new design.

New Volvo 240 front headlight design? oh yeah. Bolt on? heck yes!

Custom navi\screen\gaugepod for the dashboard of V70/S80/XC70 gen 3!? oh yeah!

So Chad wanted a Volvo Rally style bolt on volvo 240 instrument cluster, for his application. He sent me link to the gauges he was going to use and i made the adaptor plate. All installed and ready to go.

Pictures sent to me from Chad after he put the gauges in and prepared it for the car.

Now what do we want here in Volvo S80 II, V70, xc70 etc with the same dashboard?
Modell almost finished and prototypes looking good for fitment.

Cupholders is my first project as my center console cupholders are Always full of crap and i need a dedicated Cupholder elsewhere...
Navi screen integration would be possible for anyone with non OEM navi dash.
Gauges? Digital squared gauges/ meters for those who tune etc?
