At the moment we offer 3 different classes; a one-day, two-day, and four-day course. In each class we start with a one-hour theory lesson, the rest is all hands on. We receive registrations from all over the world, so the classes are held in both Dutch and English.
During the one- and two-day classes you'll learn how to fabricate compound curves, reverse curves, wheeling techniques, different shrinking and stretching techniques, how to operate the beadroller and many other simple hand tools. The two-day class also includes TIG- and MIG- welding of steel and aluminum.
We work with small groups so each course can be adjusted to your needs and specific questions. It's also possible to bring your own (small) projects to work on under supervision.
In the four-day course we focus more on the fabrication of bigger (parts of) bodypanels like doorskins, rear wings, front fenders, hoods & bonnets etc. We will also cover TIG-welding, metalfinishing, buck making and different styles and techniques from all over the world.
If you're interested in following one of our courses or just want more info, don't hesitate to send us a DM or e-mail to [email protected]. We usually start with a phone or e-mail conversation to discuss your current skill level and goals to ensure you'll be placed in the right group.
We can also arrange a training to sharpen your staffs skills at your company with your own tooling and machines.
