The Monti Regulation (EU BER 1400/2002 and 462/2010) establishes that the use of equivalent or compatible parts maintains the validity of the legal warranty, provided that the installation is carried out correctly. Therefore, installing our kit according to the instructions does not result in the loss of the warranty, but rather helps preserve the motorcycle’s performance even under extreme use.
