For a Honda K-series gearbox housing, the basic service includes:
💦 AquaBlasting of the housing
🚿 Initial water rinse inside the blasting cabinet
Parts must be supplied dismantled, degreased and ready for blasting, free from heavy dirt, oil, grease, old sealant and other contamination.
Preparation and final cleaning are not included in the €200 price.

Removal of old gaskets, O-rings, liquid sealant and other remaining components or heavy contamination.

Thorough degreasing in a heated basket washer using a dedicated cleaning solution.
💦 AquaBlasting
Removal of oxidation and surface contamination, creating a clean, uniform satin finish.
🚿 Initial rinsing
Water rinsing inside the blasting cabinet immediately after treatment.
🔥 High-pressure final cleaning
A dedicated enclosed cleaning system uses heated water and pressure of up to 140 bar to flush difficult areas, threads, corners and accessible channels, helping remove remaining blasting media.
💨 Drying
Compressed-air drying inside the cleaning chamber.
🔎 Final inspection
Checking the cleanliness and finish of the treated parts.
