We are proudly to announce that the first full restored chassis for the Martaré is finished!!!
It has complete new floor panels, new brakes, new shocks, etcetera.
Also the engine had been completely rebuilt.
New pistons, new cylinders, new cylinder heads and an amazing stainless steel exhaust.

Now we can built the first prototype after 50 years!!!

Martaré wedergeboorte Onlangs berichtten we over de Nederlandse Martaré kitcars. Daar komen we in een volgende AMK uitgebreid op terug. Er is dus nog tijd om een abonnement te scoren! Maar we willen hier vast een eerbetoon brengen aan een 'zaak' die uit pure passie is geboren.

Martaré is a Dutch sports car that is built on a VW Beetle chassis.
The very exclusive body was designed by Ed Martaré (Amsterdam) in 1968.
End of the sixties was the first prototype finished and the production was started. There were two models of the GT, the spectacular Flip-Front and the revolutionary Wing-doors!!
Both very light and extreme sport car looking in those years.
