Stand Q32 — ML Power Systems

This year we're bringing everything.

🔶 Diemmax V12 — 520–600 HP, twin-turbo diesel. 375kg. The most compact high-performance marine diesel in its class.

🔶 Diemmax 6-Series — 180–260 HP inline-6. Purpose-built for workboats, patrol vessels, and custom builds where space and weight are critical.

🔶 MTX Electronic Control System — full throttle, gearbox, and rudder integration. Autonomous-ready, and already deployed in live USV operations.

On that last point: we recently became the propulsion partner for a fully autonomous USV programme, with our 6-Series engine and electronic control system powering vessels developed for defence and naval applications in the North Sea. We can't say everything yet — but we can talk about it in person.

If you are specifying propulsion for commercial vessels, patrol boats, government platforms, or autonomous systems, also with hybrid or diesel-electric propulsion systems — this is the right conversation to have this June.

Prior to shipping, each unit runs a full load cycle on our in-house dynamometer — verifying power output, torque curve, fuel consumption, and system integrity under real operating conditions.

At Diemmax, we don't just build engines. We develop the full system.

Our ECUs, throttle controls, relay management and engine electronics are all designed and engineered internally — which means they can be seamlessly integrated into any USV platform, right out of the box.

The Diemmax V12 is 286mm shorter in height and 185mm more compact in length than comparable units in the same power class — without giving up a single horsepower.

The 6-Series? 310mm shorter in height. 58% less engine bay volume than an equivalent inline-6.

From the first drawing, passing through precision CNC machining on our Mazak (but we also have many other CNC) to a raw finished MTX throttle, Diemmax can produce everything.

With our in house engineers and designers, we can produce a wide range of high-quality, custom-made components, covering everything from:

-Raw aluminum machining
-Component development & integration
-Engine / dyno testing
-Hardware + electronic calibration
-Software customisation and final configuration

From prototype to final delivery, we cover the entire process—end to end.
