Dankzij de nieuwste hightech apparatuur, de uitstekend geventileerde testruimte en de laatste dynosoftware is het mogelijk om motormanagement systemen tot in detail af te stellen, te testen en te analyseren. Het grote voordeel hiervan is dat je de prob

lemen en gevaren met een band-op-roller niet hebt. De bank wordt geremd door middel van eddycurrent retarders en het maximaal geremde vermogen is 1000pk per as in continubedrijf.

Very proud to see this über cool Datsun 240Z on a prominent spot at ‘Wheels at the Palace’ this year.

We fitted it with a ME442, fabricated a custom wire loom and of course mapped it on our dyno. Making 315Hp/361Nm at the wheels(!) very impressive from a N/A 3.1ltr running ITB’s.

Once in a while you get the chance as a tuner to compare your qualities to a factory ecu tune. This is a back-to-back comparison, only mapping nothing else; an average 13% power gain. Numbers are at the wheels.
After removing some exhaust restrictions we got it up to 176hp/212Nm, not bad for a 1.3 4-cylinder.

Running the mighty ME442, this 2JZGTE powered Supra made some respectable numbers at the wheels, at only 1 bar of boost! 😎

Another remap from tps-based to map-based. Big improvements in driveability and fuel consumption.

Good example of why you need a re-map after changing to different injectors. Scaling the size and adjusting the deadtimes isn't enough. The spray pattern and angle as well as atomization have a big influence as well.

This is the fuel map from a client who changed from RX8 injectors to bigger EV14's. All numbers in blue have fuel added and the red ones have fuel taken out. The few black numbers had no change needed..
