Testing a digiplex-replacement before shipping. Does the sensor work, yes. Does the chip work and triggers both coils, yes. This one is good and will be shipped today.

Testing using the original wiring loom and sensor. So it’s plug&play. Lath does provide the required revs.

Blue signal is sensor, yellow is output to the coils

Today I had a Calli-3 in the workshop for a general tune-up. The bike didn’t want to run on both cylinders. Checked and rechecked all and everything, in the end replaced a faulthy plug. So running on 2 at last, rev-counter is next to solve..

Today fitted a SWF-ign to a V7-Eldorado. The bike has been standing for some years, has lots of patina and still some work to do before being on the road again. But this part is ready

After 5 years the LMII is running again
Crankshaft, measured and within specs
Pistons&cyl, gilardoni new
Valves&guides, new
Wiring, refurbished
Ignition, SWF

Test fitting a V7-ignition in the ignition tower. Took some time and thinking to place all parts in the relative confined space and be able to re-use the standard fittings. Turned out well. Available in the webshop soon. Available as twin coil, single spark

A customer requested a digital ignition for his 192cc Moto Guzzi Galletto. As I have a comparable unit for a MG Nuovo Falcone in the webshop this shouldn't be to difficult.
To develop a digital ignition from scratch it's handy to have the bike at hand but not this time.
Mechanical fitting was done in a related workshop who had a 192-engine lying around and operational testing was done with my NF 500. Reasoning if I can kickstart a 500-single then it will for sure work with a 192-single. Made some adaptor stuff and here we are, a working Galletto Ignition system.

today a SWF-digiplex-replacement ready for shipment. all units are bench-tested before dispatch. here I'm checking the correct function of the reluctor-signal to the processor
