Transport + tracksupport to EFR Germany to test the fresh toyota starlet 4efe build.
The goal was to see if the tiny 1.3L engine would live at 3+bar of boost 582hp in the real world.
34 degree weather, 25 1/4 mile passes, zero issues.

Jordano Diaz Geerman took home 1st place in the FWD up to 2.5L class on street tires spinning and short shifting in every gear.

Next up is actualy make the car hook up and go fast!

We are on a quest with to run a 9 second 1/4 mile pass with a little 1.3L 4EFE engine.

Right now we are way beyond the efficiency of the turbo with a stock port cylinderhead and over the limit of what i thought the stock size head bolts would handle.

Thanks to jordano for following my advice and letting me put a bunch of sensors on the car controlled by
So i can keep a close watch on the engine health and efficiency.

At 3.4bar of boost it made 582hp which is pretty impressive for the the tiny size ports these heads have from the factory, this season we will head to santa pod to have a go at the 1/4 mile pass as it sits right now.

This winter we will upgrade to big head studs, higher compression pistons and a ported cylinderhead and then see where we end up.

Final CFD testing is done for the aero package now to actualy make it.

Interior parts getting designed like this Motec C125 dash logger mount.

We lowered the engine as far as she would go, engine machining is nearly complete then we can assemble the 2.8L drysump engine.

Chassis fabrication almost done and ready for paint.

Its gonna be a weapon.

Another BMW E30 Race car in the shop for a complete rewire.

Build a chassis wiring harness for the Razor PDM to control the car.

Link G5 Voodoo Neo 4 controlling the engine and a Link dash for all the vitals.

A single lap of Zandvoort triggered the oil pressure protection 5 times so we put a sump baffle kit in and a Moroso Accusump to solve this.

Stock these M20B25 engines make 170hp, this one only has a upgraded camshaft with throttle bodies and revving it to 7500RPM it makes 214HP
