td04 frame turbo's are great, probably something every turbo handeler can agree on. They are still commonly used in plenty of OEM platforms and probably never go out of style.

Even though we install reinforced thrust bearings for big comp/turbine wheel and very high boost applications there is still a tendancy this bearing needs a service in its lifetime.

Solving the problem of hocus-pocus bearing be gones, we fitted these platforms with ballbearings, full Garrett G frame series wheels and added brass bearing cages. So G25 550 and 660 compressor wheels and turbine wheels. This brings the latest technologies to the old and thrust worthy td04 platform!

This means the TD04 is here to stay, this upgrade is available for td04l/td04hl normal and reverse rotation turbos.

Shoehorning g25/g30's turbo's in OEM castings is becoming a regular thing nowadays. G frame turbo's offer a lot of pros at bang for buck prices so why not shove them in OEM castings . Pictured, g30-770 in bmw x5m twinturbo, g25-550 in lancer Evo 4-9 turbine housing, g25-660 M5 twinturbo.
