akes you aware of your engineering limitations. There are many variables that will define the outcome, that’s why our dedication to improve your vehicle, and redesign the components adapted to the existing vehicle for optimal and efficient results. Problems shown by simulation results:

In the former projects, what initiates to start this company, the main goal was to find answers to the questions that raised before building a new Cross Country T1 vehicle. Answers to those questions as: will the displacement of the chassis increase with a new design and connected rollcage? Will the stress in the mounting foot be acceptable? But in motorsport more important, does all these extra tubes that were added to make the construction more stiff have it’s advantage against the total weight? All of these questions were answered after the chassis, rollcage and suspension parts were simulated with FEM/FMEA software. Data analyses showed the way to improve the vehicle performance within weeks, even before it was build. Small requests from the client were processed immediately on the drawings and transmitted to the workshop. Our goal is to show that by (simulation) FEM/FMEA analyses, adaptation to a new design of your vehicle is easy and affordable task. To be more specific, before the first sheet-metal or tube is cut, we will predict by data in what direction the improving is going. Simulation as base for redesign:

It is possible to use the simulations as a reference to redesign a vehicle, which is specialized for it’s own purposes (race, rally, off road etc...). The benefits of designing before building your vehicle can be listed as:
•You can view of the end-product before it has been build
•Quick design adaption to the drawing
•Prediction of the vehicle properties; wheel-travel, chassis and suspension stiffens, center of gravity, total weight, cost
•Easy manufacturing (Parts can directly linked to a drawing and printed or send to a CNC machinery)
•Validation, technical drawings according to FIA regulations
•Technical drawing library (for checks and rebuilds)

We offer full service:

What we aim is to offer a (re-)design of a race or rally vehicle, which will be well constructed according to client demands and terms. The final product can be build from drawing by the customer, or in collaboration with external parties. Our capabilities vary from a small suspension arm to full redesign of the suspensions and even complete vehicle structures all can be applied to race and rally, cross country T1, T2 vehicles. We offer FEM, FMEA, Flow and heat simulation analyses and are SolidWorks certified association.
