Mapped a nice 964 on the dyno today, so why not share a few pictures.

The engine has some bolt on mods and a Vems PnP management system resulting in 306 hp :).

Happy New Year!

Let's start the year with some NA TU5 power. 203hp and 194 nm on Aral102. Using our aluminum intake manifold with 70mm throttle body, Vems PnP and of course lots of modifications to the engine. The car has a sequential gearbox and is a bit below 800 kg, I'm sure Andreas will have a lot of fun with it this year!

How about this; Peugeot 206 RC GTX3582R 606 hp and 645 nm :). On pump fuel; Shell Vpower @ 2 bar of boost pressure.

Almost a year without a post on facebook from us... not enough time, etc. etc.

Anyway perhaps nice to show that turbo conversions can last a long time when done right. This Peugeot 206 RC came to us in early 2008 and we did an engine upgrade / build in 2009. It was used as a daily driver up to 2014. Initially destroying many BE gearboxes... but after an ML6 swap it has covered over 80000 km without any issues. The car had dual mapping E85 and euro98. Since ethanol is now hard to get we did a retune today to replace the E85 map with one for Firezone 102 octane. After all those years power was down only 19 hp --> from 471 on E85 in 2009 to 452 hp on Firezone 102 now (both on 1.3 bar of boost pressure). Engine still sounds and runs happy as puppy :).

Happy New Year everybody! We're starting the year with tuning the nice E30 of Tim Maatman. The engine made 912 hp and 928nm @ 2 bar of boost pressure! Pictures have just been added in the dyno gallery.

A big day in the life of Chris his very nice Honda NSX today; it finally got the power the chassis deserves! A supercharger system had been fitted by Hontec and we installed the NSX Vems PnP system and gave it a tune :). The results are great; 421hp and 409 nm. Happy motoring Chris!

Like to share a nice little drift BMW 1-series we had on the dyno with an interesting S65 v8 conversion and standalone management system. The car has been built by G&G motorsport. The engine came in with an inconsistent 410 hp. After tuning; 480 hp and 480 nm on E85 fuel :)
