A flawless grand tourer in our lovely workshop. We recently welcomed this beautiful Aston Martin DB9 into our workshop for a scheduled service and specialized roof repair.

The intricate folding mechanism of the convertible top requires precise mechanical and electronic alignment to function seamlessly. Our in-house specialist, Remco, meticulously diagnosed the system, resolved the underlying faults, and restored the roof to its smooth, factory-standard operation.

In early 1984, an American client approached Aston Martin Tickford with a request that defied all convention: to transform a classic Austin Carbodies FX4 Taxi into the ultimate expression of bespoke luxury. What followed was a monumental 2 year coachbuilding journey, documented across four extensive history binders.
Guided by an 11-page wish list containing 48 highly specific requests, Aston Martin engineers hand drafted designs inspired by the client’s reference photos of contemporary Rolls Royce and Bentley interiors. Every detail was meticulously tailored, causing the final price tag to rise to GBP 44,000 a sum that surpassed the cost of a brand new Aston Martin V8 Saloon at the time. The result completely overwhelmed its owner, who declared it surpassed all expectations.

Preserved in pristine condition with minimal mileage under just three passionate custodians, this remarkable vehicle eventually joined our collection.

Our latest workshop task involved an Aston Martin Vanquish undergoing a comprehensive service alongside targeted mechanical repairs. A faulty rear quarter window led our team to disassemble portions of the interior to access and replace a heavily rusted regulator cable. Simultaneously, we replaced worn door and body seals with fresh components to secure the cabin against the elements.
