Hello everybody,

Tired of the high revs your mk1 Golf /Jetta /Scirocco makes on the highway? No problem here!
I can offer you a custom gearboxmount to place a (085-) 5-speed in a "smallblock" Golf Jetta or Scirocco mk1 (1100/1300/G40/1400 16v/ 1600 16v / etc).

A Golf mk1 with a 1100cc or 1300cc engine is fitted with a 4-speed gearbox from the factory. A 5-speed was not available. Therefore there is no standard VW gearboxmount we can use to place a 5-speed in your "smallblock" Golf mk1.
Because I wanted a 5-speed and because there are no other suppliers i know of, I developed a gearboxmount myself wich I can now also offer you:
