Vacancy: Business Development Manager, Hostess and Receptionist.

Job brief:
Roseluxe Hotel Limited is looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager, Hostess and Receptionist to help us expand our clientele. Role will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
As a business development Manager;
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company’s established rules and guidelines.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
Work experience of 4 years as a Business Development or Sales Executive.
Proficiency in MS Office.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, or relevant field
As an Hostess you are to;
i) Work as a PR to customers and make them comfortable by attending to all their needs.
ii) Reach out to our clients to check up on them via the company’s phone and business number as well as manage the hotel’s social media pages.
iii) Give a weekly report on client’s feedback to your supervisors.
iv) Ensure you meet the company’s target.
As a Receptionist you are to;
I)Welcome and greet guests
Answer and direct incoming calls
Inform guests of hotel rates and services
iI) Make and confirm reservations for guests.
iii) Ensure proper room allocation
Register and check guests in
Confirm relevant guest information
Verify guest's payment method
Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization.
iv) Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms.
v)Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
Receive and transmit messages for guests.
vi) Retrieve mail, packages and documents such as faxes for guests.
Vii)Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone.
viii) Provide accurate information about local attractions and services.
ix) Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
X) Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management.
Xi) Manage conference room bookings and scheduling
Close guest accounts and check guests out
Xii) Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process.
Xiii) process accurate payment of guest accounts.
Xiv) inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
Xv) monitor visitors to the hotel
enforce rules and policies of the hotel.
Xvi) maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
