African Service Station Oil & Gas is an indigenous company incorporated in Nigeria. Assoil and Gas Limited is headquartered in Ojo, Lagos State, Nigeria and remains entirely family owned and operated. With three locations and growing in Lagos and Anambra (Onitsha and Nnewi). Assoil and Gas Limited commitment has remained the same: "Honesty is our policy." We supply refined products such as diesel,
premium motor spirit, Kerosene (DPK), and Lubricant. We also control fleer of oil Truckers, which we use to haul daily fuel NNPC and independent Oil depot to our fuel stations. The objects for which the company is established are: -
(a) To establish, own, run, manage and operate gas filing, bottle plants, oil refineries, oil wells, petrol stations, lubricant, bleeding plant, etc. (b) To carry on the business of exploration and exploitation of petroleum or mineral oil related liquid hydrocarbon and natural gas existing in its natural condition, by means of drilling, extracting, mining or other like operations or process including all activities incidental thereto. (c) To further the search for development, production, transport, refining and acquisition in Nigeria, export, free zones all over the world of solid, liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons and other minerals and other products and by-products. (d) To carry on the business of importers, blenders, producers, refiners, storage, distributors of all brands of petroleum products etc. (e) The haulage of crude petroleum products as well as oil, gasses and general petroleum and petrochemical products, such as crude oil, gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oils, lubricating gas, petroleum, petroleum jelly and liquefied natural gasses (L.N.G.). (f) The haulage, sales and distribution of paraffin oils, paraffin wax, asphalt and bitumen. (g) The haulage, sales and distribution of engine oils, engine fluids, hydraulic fluids and general oil additives. (h) The procurement, sales and distribution of insecticides, pesticides and herbicides
