We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great communication skill.
• A relatively good understanding of automotive technology.
• A related degree or experience in the automotive field is not compulsory but advantageous.
Duties:
The Service Advisor will;
• Liaise between customers and technicians.
• Interphase between technicians and part suppliers.
• Resolve customer complaints, and manage workflow.
• Keep important records of workshop activities.
