A bit of a random post:
This was already in the beginning of February, but we thought to post it now anyway. I (Max) had the opportunity to take part in an official induction training at Trellidor Head Office in Durban. It was surely awesome to meet such good-natured, humble colleagues from South Africa and even Tanzania in this case. And a hint that this was no ordinary sales training? No scripts. Just facts. Indepth product knowledge, a factory tour with a chance to assemble a smaller trial unit, experienced technicians and production managers leading it all, and of course, a chance to socialise with those people just starting out, all the way to ones that have been with Trellidor for decades. A community that supports both its customers and its comrades alike. It's quite an honour for us to be part of this team, especially now, that we both witnessed it first hand. Blue Blood! 💙
