Finally we got em, the Tesche RidgeBlade X/RT and X/MT tyres!!
265/75R16 12PR in both, 285/75R16 in MT 12PR 130K!, 265/70R17 12PR in RT...
Engineered in USA, Made in Thailand.
They are quite high in Ply rating /Load Rating. The shoulder is quite
thick and strong, good rubber protection on sidewall, 3ply sidewall,
feels soft and grippy, should be good even on wet tar.

We finally got em in!
255/85R16LT 123Q 10PR 3ply sidewall in the RidgeBlade X/T (Engineered in the USA) We paid for the mould almost a year ago, and now it finally arrived! It is the same outer Diameter as the 285/75R16 but more narrow, meaning less rolling resistance for better Fuel consumption, in dunes less power needed for pushing a smalller sandwall infront, and less area that can pickup a puncture.
The compound is softer, nice grippy even on wet tar road.

Tesche Tires RIDGEBLADE X/T

An All Terrain Tyre closer to Rough terrain RT tyre.
Many sizes in 3ply Sidewall. Has high ply Ratings PR, strong for Off-Road and gravel roads.
Engineered In USA.
The rubber compound is softer, quite sticky to road, will perform good on wet tar roads. Has an 80000km warranty, which though will be difficult to give in Africa with all the non Tarred Roads. Sidewall with Optimized Utter Shield Technology which enhances the toughness. Baja Champion Compound.

Is an affordable premium tyre!
