* Ensure workshop team productivity and efficiency meet company standards
* Plan staff leave, training and manage nonproductive time to minimize impact on output
* Monitor work in progress and provide feedback to Service Management on challenges
* Motivate team members to achieve their best results
* Maintain performance agreements and development plans for all staff
* Conduct regular staff meetings to improve communication and motivation
* Maintain a “first time right” policy for repairs and ensure customer needs are accurately diagnosed and addressed
* Allocate and monitor workshop jobs fairly, considering technical skills and workload
* Communicate effectively with technicians, other departments and service advisors to enhance customer satisfaction
* Control warehouse orderliness, cleanliness and optimal space utilization
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements

🔹 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stress and conflicts constructively
* Loyalty, authenticity and a strong sense of responsibility
* High-level personal initiative with decision-making capabilities
* Ability to empathize with customers and co-workers, understanding diverse viewpoints
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interaction
* Knowledge of after-sales IT tools such as DCDMS, ASRA, EPC, VEGA, and others
* Familiarity with automotive product engineering and quality assurance
* Minimum 5 years’ mechanical and electrical experience in Earthmoving, Agriculture equipment and Truck repairs
* Trade level technical qualification recognized by the NTA (Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electric)
* 5 years’ experience in a supervisory level will be advantageous
* CE License with valid PDP is required
