✔️ A minimum of three years technical experience
✔️ Advanced technical courses (technical experience on respective vehicles and successful completion of applicable technical courses will be a definite advantage)
✔️ Computer literate
✔️ High standard of workmanship is a definite requirement
✔️ Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s License
✔️ Expected to work independently and in excess of normal working hours
✔️ Must be willing to attend breakdowns and be on standby
✔️ Eager to learn and improve technical knowledge and skills

* Managing vehicle finance and insurance applications
* Working with financial institutions and insurance providers
* Ensuring all finance documentation, quotes, and client information are managed accurately
* Supporting the dealership sales process
* Maintaining strong communication with the Sales Manager, Sales Executives, clients, and finance partners
* Ensuring compliance with dealership and NAMFISA-related processes

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Namibian citizen
* Previous vehicle finance / F&I / dealership finance experience is required
* Experience with vehicle applications is essential
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-oriented and professional
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of CSI is preferable
* NAMFISA registered, active and in good standing
* Valid driver’s licence is compulsory

* Minimum 1 year of relevant finance and insurance experience
* Experience working under NAMFISA regulations
* Experience in the automotive / dealership environment will be an advantage
