Apex Panelbeaters is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

📋 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Grade 12 certificate
✔ Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
✔ Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent organizational & time-management abilities
✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
✔ Good communication & telephone skills
✔ Experience with office tasks, filing & general administration
✔ Accuracy in quotations & invoicing
✔ Basic knowledge of automotive repairs (advantageous)
✔ Willingness to assist with HR duties when required
✔ Able to work independently without constant supervision
✔ Respectful behavior towards management & colleagues
✔ Valid driver’s license
