artisan bakery + california fresh cuisine on the east coast of africa 🇲🇿 A ghost kitchen ran from home, from pick-ups to pop-ups it thrived with your support.

What started as a side hustle in Koh Lanta, Thailand in 2012 has evolved and changed over the years. The truth I’ve found and lost and found again over the last decade is: I have a passion for creating food, cooking, and nourishing people. From Western-style meals delivered (2012) on a janky 125cc Yamaha to Mexican fusion delivered on foot (2015) - cooked out of a tiny kitchen in a tiny studio in

Tofo, to a beachfront 𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘢 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 cafe (2016) that thrived with the support of the community of Tofo. Forever grateful for the queue down the stairs and gutted to see the look of disappointment when I ran out of the daily specials (when I was open 😂 ). Flash forward to 2020 when my childhood passion for baking resurfaced and 𝘊𝘳𝘶𝘮𝘣 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯 𝘉𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘺 was born. Now it's 2023 and it's time for a rebrand and a brick-and-mortar. We currently have a baked-to-order day weekly and are taking catering orders. The cafe + bakery is COMING SOON. And I’m so looking forward to nourishing you!
