Punca kerosakan aircond cooling coil

Ramai orang teringat 'masuk' gas saja setelah aircond kereta tidak sejuk. Sebenarnya kita mesti cari punca kerosakan aircond supaya aircond kereta boleh tahan lama.
Masalah aircond termasuk kerosakan cooling coil/penyejat.

Tanda-tanda cooling coil rosak:
1. Aircond kurang sejuk atau langsung tidak sejuk.
2. Aircond berbau
3. Aircond sejuk pada awalnya lalu tidak sejuk.
4. Udara dari aircond sangat lemah.

Kerja untuk menukar cooling coil agak rumit. Ini adalah tempatnya agak sempit, di bawah dashboard. Jadi techinician kena buka dashboard dengan berhati-hatinya dan ini akan mengambil masa yang panjang.

Jika aircond kereta anda selalu kena 're-gas' atau telah berumur 4-5 tahun ke atas dengan tanda tanda udara dari aircond menjadi lemah atau kurang sejuk, anda mesti bawah kereta anda kepada techinician.

Signs of failing AC evaporator.

Many of us thought that when the AC in the car is not cool enough, it is time to 're-gas'. It is very important to find out the root cause so your air conditioner can last longer. Sijmply 're-gas' does not benefit your AC system if there's leak elsewhere. There are many root causes that your car air conditioner is not working. One of them is the 'cooling coil' issue.

Signs indicating failing of AC evaporator/cooling coil:
1. The cool air is weak or no air is blowing at all.
2.You notice a strange odour/smell when using your AC system.
3. The AC compressor will not activate.
4. The AC temperature will vary. The cool air was cool then turn into warm later.

Get your car check now if you still notice problem after 're-gas' or you have 're-gas' your car many times and it is more than 4-5 years of age.

To replace or clean the cooling coil is rather time consuming and costly process. Ensure that you rectify the problem early and seek professional advice.
