Ramai yang melihat hasil akhirnya, tetapi tidak ramai yang mengetahui proses teliti di sebalik Dialcam untuk mendapatkan talaan camshaft yang lebih tepat.

📋 Prosedur Asas Dialcam• Semakan base timing enjin• Pemasangan degree wheel dan dial gauge• Pengambilan bacaan centerline sebenar camshaft• Pelarasan halus (fine tuning) kedudukan camshaft mengikut karakter enjin yang diinginkan• Pemeriksaan piston-to-valve clearance (jika diperlukan)• Pemeriksaan akhir keseluruhan setup

⚠️ Dialcam bukanlah “magik” yang terus menambah kuasa enjin secara mendadak. Sebaliknya, ia merupakan proses talaan berketepatan tinggi (precision setup) yang memastikan potensi sebenar setup enjin dapat dimanfaatkan dengan lebih efektif.

💙 Cikgu Annasamy’s bicycle restoration was completed on 25th February and finally began its journey home to Jitra, Kedah 🥰🚲

After months of careful restoration, attention to every detail, and countless hours of workmanship, it was a truly special moment seeing the bicycle returned in its completed form.

Included in this final clip is the bicycle’s completed beauty for everyone to enjoy, capturing the meticulous finishing touches, restored details, and the timeless charm brought back to life. ✨

A meaningful journey from restoration… back to where its memories belong 💙🚲

A Special Restoration Journey 🥰🚲

We began work on Cikgu Annasamy’s bicycle restoration at the end of December 2025, shortly after moving into our new DSR premises.

The bicycle was fully dismantled down to individual components, and the aged paintwork was carefully stripped back to bare metal to create the right foundation for restoration.

Once all surfaces were prepared and sanded, we applied epoxy primer to ensure proper adhesion and long-term protection. After fine sanding the primer, the bicycle received its original blue paint finish, colour matched as closely as possible to Cikgu’s beloved bicycle. To complete the process, we applied Roberlo 250 HS Clear Coat for added protection, depth and a lasting glossy finish.

The bicycle was then sent for final assembly at a nearby workshop and was completed just two days before Chinese New Year 🥰

Seeing the bicycle brought back to life made every moment of the restoration worthwhile ❤️

After completing the assembly of Cikgu Annasamy’s bicycle, I personally cycled it back to DSR, about 2 km from where its restoration journey first began 💕

Every pedal felt deeply satisfying and meaningful. Along the way, I couldn’t help but relive those precious memories of seeing Cikgu Annasamy riding this very bicycle during my primary school days.

A simple ride… yet filled with memories, respect, and gratitude ❤️🚲

A Tribute and Final Farewell to…

Cikgu Annasamy Dorai Raj 🙏

Today, 18th May 2026, we bid farewell with heavy hearts to a beloved teacher, mentor, and extraordinary human being, Cikgu Annasamy Dorai Raj.

At Sekolah Sultan Ahmad Tajuddin, Jitra Kedah, there were many teachers who taught lessons, but only a few who truly shaped lives. Cikgu Annasamy was one of those rare souls whose kindness, discipline, humility, and dedication left a lasting impact on generations of students.

Joining SSAT in 1969 and serving faithfully until his retirement in 2000, Cikgu Annasamy devoted more than three decades of his life to education. He was not only a teacher of many subjects, but also the school’s discipline teacher, a soccer coach, and a hockey coach. Through his guidance, he instilled knowledge, values, teamwork, respect, and discipline in countless young minds.

Beyond the classroom and the field, he lived a life of remarkable simplicity and integrity. For many of us, one image remains unforgettable - his faithful blue bicycle, acquired in 1972, which accompanied him every single day throughout his life’s journey. It was more than just transportation; it symbolised his humility, independence, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to life’s simple values. Remarkably, he never owned another vehicle nor held a driving licence, choosing instead to remain true to the modest lifestyle he embraced so gracefully.

In August 2025, during a visit to Jitra, Cikgu Annasamy entrusted that very bicycle to me. What was once planned as a restoration project has now become something even more meaningful, a preservation of his legacy and memory. The bicycle will continue to stand as a symbol of the man who inspired so many lives through quiet sacrifice, dedication, and compassion.

Today, we remember not only a teacher, but a man of honour, humility, and unwavering service to his students and community. His lessons extended far beyond books and classrooms; they live on in the values, character, and memories of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

On behalf of former students, friends, and all whose lives he touched, we extend our deepest condolences to the family of Cikgu Annasamy Dorai Raj during this difficult time.

Funeral services will be held at his residence in Jitra, Kedah on 19th May 2026.

Thank you, Cikgu Annasamy Dorai Raj.

Your legacy will forever remain in our hearts, and your teachings will continue to guide generations to come.

Rest in peace, beloved teacher.

This particular Suzuki Swift Sport ZC32S at Dream Street Restoration has undergone a low-mileage engine replacement, followed by a comprehensive powertrain service and stock suspension refresh to restore its original driving character. Next up, the car will be heading into DSR’s Bodyshop for a complete full-body repaint 🥰

A proper restoration is not just about appearance, it’s more about bringing the entire driving experience back to life.
