So, apa yg kena check dlm agreement?

1. Peraturan 78 dimansuhkan

Tiada lagi front load interest charge. So dah berbaloi setel awal hutang tu kalau ada duit lebih sbb interest akan dikira atas baki pokok (principal)

2. Bank dah guna Kaedah Reducing Balance dan Effective Interest Rate

Bila guna kaedah ni, patutnya lagi b*k yg kita dah bayar, lagi kurang interest. So kalau setel awal mmg berbaloi berbanding sebelum ni.
Dia kira mcm loan rumah.

Bwh reducing balance, boleh jimat lebih b*k sbb kurang interest kalau buat early settlement.

SEBAB APA KENA CHECK?
Tempoh peralihan diberi mulai 1 Jun 2026 - 31 Mac 2027. Dlm tempoh ni, bank masih boleh offer loan baru guna Rule of 78 & Flat rate sementara diorg upgrade sistem.
So, jgn malu nak tanya bank sama ada diorg dah offer kaedah ni atau belum. Kalau belum, try cari bank yg dah guna kaedah ni utk compare. Sbb korang dah ada pilihan yg lbh baik. Faham?
