• Coolant flush & refill with G12/G13 spec coolant

An Audi A4 B7 was presented to our workshop with the following concerns:
• Noticeable engine oil leakage from the filter housing
• Brake pedal stiffness, indicating loss of vacuum assistance
• Excessive engine vibration transmitted into the cabin

🔍 Diagnosis & Rectification:
• The oil filter bracket was found to be cracked. We replaced it together with the engine oil cooler to ensure long-term reliability.
• The vacuum pump was renewed to restore proper brake booster function, eliminating the hard brake pedal issue.
• A complete set of engine mountings was replaced to address the vibration and enhance cabin comfort.

✅ Post-repair, the vehicle demonstrated smooth engine operation, effective braking performance, and improved driving refinement – restoring the car to the standard expected of an Audi.

1. VW Polo – A/C Suddenly Not Cold
Customer reported the air-conditioning suddenly stopped blowing cold air. System check confirmed the A/C compressor was not engaging — likely due to internal failure within the clutch or compressor unit.

We replaced the complete compressor, vacuumed the system, refilled with R134a refrigerant, and ran pressure tests.
✅ System pressure normal
✅ Vent temperature below 10°C
✅ A/C performance fully restored

2. Audi A4 – Knocking Sound & Unstable Handling
Customer complained of knocking noises and poor ride comfort while driving. Inspection revealed torn lower arm bushings (causing excessive play) and a split outer driveshaft boot — grease leakage was visible near the brake assembly.

We carried out:
✔️ Full set bushing replacement (front suspension)
✔️ Outer driveshaft boot replacement (both sides)

Post-repair road test showed:
✅ No more knocking sound
✅ Steering feel and ride quality restored

Audi S5 V6 came in with heavy steering and a strong fuel smell while driving.

🔍 After full inspection, we found:
• Drive belt snapped, causing the power steering system to fail — that’s why the steering felt heavy.
• Main pulley mounting was cracked, likely due to prolonged vibration or material fatigue. This could have contributed to the belt snapping.

💨 As for the fuel smell:
• Fuel pump housing was leaking at the top socket area. Fuel vapors were escaping when the engine heated up — a serious safety risk if left unattended.

🛠️ All faulty components have been replaced and tested. Car is now back on the road, running smooth and safe.

If you notice unusual symptoms like heavy steering, fuel smell, or odd noises — don’t wait. Bring your car in for a proper check-up.

💨 Replaced charge pipe – original unit showed signs of cracking, which can lead to boost leaks. New pipe ensures proper airflow and stable boost pressure for improved throttle response.

2️⃣ Audi A6 Hybrid
💧 Diagnosed faulty electric water pump – customer reported rising temperature and coolant warning.
🔁 Replaced with a new hybrid-specific water pump unit. A critical component for cooling the engine and hybrid battery system. Timely replacement avoids overheating and potential drivetrain damage.

✅ All work completed with proper diagnostics and system checks for peace of mind.
