A big thank you to Mr. Aznan, my 10th Chery Omoda 5 customer, for coming back to me after two years and introducing his sister, Ms. Sofea, to purchase her Chery O5! ❤️

Getting a referral from an existing customer is honestly one of the most satisfying feelings in sales 😆 It’s not just recognition for the brand, but also a huge confirmation that my after-sales service has earned their trust. The Chery Tiggo 9 has arrived in Malaysia as the brand’s flagship 7-seater with prices starting from RM166,800 on the road and without insurance.

Under the bonnet sits a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine with 257 hp and 390 Nm, driving all four wheels with seven drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, Sand, Mud, Snow and Off-road. It also gets 20-inch wheels, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, 10.25-inch digital cluster, heated, ventilated and massaging front seats, plus 10 airbags and a full suite of ADAS.

Let me reveal the ending first — she was extremely happy with my service! 🥳 And I’m really glad I didn’t disappoint Brian bro, who introduced her to me 😉 This is already the second customer he has referred to me! I’m truly grateful for his trust and for recommending me to the people around him 🙏🏻

Ms. Presanna is a teacher at an international school. She was originally looking at cars from other brands, until one day she saw her best friend’s younger brother, Brian, driving a Tiggo Cross. That sparked her curiosity, so she started asking him about Chery.

She honestly told me that she initially wasn’t very confident about Chinese car brands, just like many other people. Her biggest concerns were after-sales service and long-term durability. But after seeing Brian’s experience and learning more from me about Chery’s history, technology and what the brand has been doing in Malaysia, she gradually became more interested in our cars ☺️

After arranging a test drive, she was convinced and placed her booking almost immediately! From booking to collecting her new car, the whole process took less than 10 days 🥳
