Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing daily interactions, preparing for upcoming appointments, reminder calls to new customers.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses.
Maintain and update customer records in the system with a high level of accuracy.
Prepare the next day’s appointment schedules for seamless operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
-Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
