Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service.
* Update customer records and prepare basic reports.
* Perform general administrative duties.

Requirements
* Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
* Good communication skills in **English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese** (preferred).
* Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email).
* Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
