📊 WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE | RX RACING

Manage the end-to-end accounting functions for RX Racing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations. Experience with specialized automotive ERP/Accounting systems is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full Set Accounts: Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Invoicing & Credit Control: Oversee invoicing, dealer credit terms, and payment collections.
• Compliance & Audit: Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing full set accounts.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with industry-specific Accounting/ERP software (experience with automotive or retail ERP setups is a strong plus).
• Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and solid command of Microsoft Excel.

JOIN THE RX RACING TEAM! | Sales Executive (Automotive / Sports Rims)

Drive nationwide business expansion for RX Racing by connecting with tyre shops and automotive dealers across Malaysia. You will build long-term relationships, expand our dealer network, and help elevate the brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Pitch & Market: Promote and sell RX Racing sports rims to new and existing automotive dealers/tyre shops nationwide.
• Network Expansion: Identify strategic market opportunities, acquire new dealer accounts, and meet sales growth targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to build rapport, maintain strong dealer relationships, and secure repeat orders.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, keep track of competitor trends, and monitor customer payment schedules.

Requirements:
• Industry Experience (Good to have): Proven track record in B2B sales; prior experience in the tyre shop or automotive aftermarket industry is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel outstation when required.
• Mobility: Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
