Panigale V4 suspension macam KUDA LIAR...

Nak buat suspension turning kata owner nya... Moto handling KERAS.. SAKIT BELAKANG....CORNERING TAK CONFIDENT. Datang ke Joe Superbike Center Puchong 018-219 9365 untuk dapatkan the best Kratos Suspension Tuning.

Masalah common untuk V4 dan moto geometri tajam sewaktu dengannya (i.e. YZF-R1, R1M dan MV Agusta) ialah Handling keras, banyak guna tenaga, semasa highway speed kurang stability melompat sana sini dan special isu untuk moto ini ialah suspension belakang akan sentap bila permukaan jalan beralun-alun.

Test ride by our suspension specialist terus identified isu-isu yang menjadikan moto ini liar berpunca dari setting suspension fork depan tidak sepadan movement dengan monoshock belakang. Setting asalnya fork depan lambat dari response mono belakang menyebabkan moto jadi melompat bila jalan tidak rata atau beralun.

Seterusnya SAG measurements perlu dibuat kepada rider dan Panigale V4nya. Tuning agak halus bagi moto kerana sifat geometri V4 ini.

Akhirnya suspension tuning selesai dan test ride dilakukan dengan ujian-ujian braking, acceleration dan juga various cornering styles.

Kawasaki ZX25RR Bike Review

The ZX25RR has a really smooth big cc sound. The engine and exhaust really compliment each other and the total sound is loud enough to turn heads but still comfortable to those nearby.

Engine response is equally smooth and will satisfy both city riding and weekends fun rides. Can be pushed in acceleration but go easy on the braking due to the suspension.

Which brings us to the handling, in braking there is a little too much diving at the front end due to the factory fitted street setup springs.

Suspension for the rear can also be improved to match the engine performance in acceleration.

Upgrades are easy but please be sure to get the correct rating for riders body weight and also if riding is mostly 2 up ie with pillion. Your local suspension specialist can help you choose correctly. I hear there is one guy in Puchong Gateway who is quite friendly about suspension 😉

So our short verdict this Kawasaki ZX25RR is the best sounding 250cc in the market today. Nimble and handles well with the correct spring upgrades.

So we recommend a front and Rear suspension spring upgrade to improve braking and acceleration performance. Don't forget to ask for Kratos Tuning also to get best balance and stability.... You will need this in the corners. 😎

Kalau Kayaba Mono Shock digandingkan dengan Marzocchi upside down fork pastu power dengan engine Benelli 600cc jadi apa eh?🤔

Jadi QJ Motor SRK 600 lah bro🤗

Here is a quick independent review of the QJ Motor SRK 600 suspension.

Firstly the Kayaba Mono Shock has a manually adjustable preload with an offset fitment that is very convineant for SAG setting. It also features a Rebound adjuster with enough damping to tune for daily and sporty riding.

Secondly Front Forks...as we all know is the main component that support handling and braking for any motorcycle. This QJ SRK 600 comes with upsidedown Marzocchi Forks. Both Forks have adjustable preload with further rebound adjuster on one and compression adjuster on the other fork.

This level of adjustability is a classic setup of a mid range to high end motorcycle. Comfortable to be used for street and daily commute in KL but also has the capability for sporty rides on the twisties of Genting Highlands or Kuala Kelawang.

I also enjoyed the smooth engine with the super smooth clutch/gear shifter. More than enough power for street and good acceleration in traffic light situation. However a little sluggish on the open highway. Bisalah 600 street bike. But again gear shift was super smooth.

A little back story... the QJ SRK 600 that came to Joe Superbike Center for suspension tuning was below two years old. Don't say anymore China bikes suspension cannot be tuned.

In conclusion I was pleasantly surprised at the combo of a China bike with the Benneli engine on a Marzocchi Upside Down Fork combined with a Kayaba mono shock.

Initially looked like ABC (Air Batu Campur) mix but QJ made it work well for our Malaysian roads. By the way in this heatwave.. ABC during buka puasa if fantastic.... 😍
