PART 2: NEW DEVELOPMENT 🔥 – BMW 320i B48 (RON97)

Following the successful RON95 development, we further refined the calibration on RON97 fuel, unlocking substantially more power and torque while retaining factory-like drivability and refinement.

While the peak figures are impressive, the real highlight lies in the torque delivery. Producing over 400 Nm through the heart of the powerband, the car delivers noticeably stronger mid-range acceleration, sharper throttle response, and sustained pulling power all the way to redline.

The increased octane of RON97 allowed us to safely optimize ignition timing and overall engine calibration, extracting more performance without compromising reliability.

This development demonstrates the true capability of the B48 platform when paired with proper calibration, extensive validation, and quality fuel.

The BMW B48 platform continues to demonstrate its impressive tuning potential. With calibration alone, the 320i delivers substantial gains in both power and torque while maintaining factory-like drivability and refinement.

While the peak figures are noteworthy, the real improvement lies in the shape of the powerband. The enhanced torque curve delivers stronger mid-range acceleration, improved throttle response, and a more engaging driving experience throughout the rev range.

Most importantly, this development was completed using RON95 fuel, making these results highly relevant for local cars.

Next on the agenda: RON97 fuel development to further explore the capabilities of the B48 platform.
