Come open up BMW E36 Headlamp, customer whom resides in Penang, drove all to KL to get his lights restored by us on his way back to Singapore.

He approached us few weeks back about restoring his e36 headlamo to its former glory. We told him this will for sure be more than what's happiness is.

This customer opted for:
1. Polish back the glass lens
2. 3 inch BiLED Projector Retrofit
3. Tidy up the wiring.

If you're owning classic BMW models such as e36, e38, e39, e46, e53 and similar era of cars, you will know that the headlamp light output is so dimmed, that even a LED torchlight from your neighbourhood store shines brighter than your headlamp.

Common problem of these generation of headlamp are:
1. Cloudy headlamp covers
2. Burnt headlamp projector due to heat and age
3. Questionable quality of plastics that are used for adjuster brackets, very common problem on e39 where you are not able to adjust the light beam

Have tried changing to brighter bulbs (higher wattage bulbs or even LED bulbs) but still dont achieve the light output that you want?

We can definitely solve your problem once and for all with our total solution restoration package. All our headlamp restoration includes a full strip down clean up, clean off any old sealant, replace whatever parts with new parts (either OEM or original if available), new butyl sealant and finally seal back with new lens cover IF available.

We are confident that once your headlamp goes through our restoration package, your car will definitely look way better than new and light output is capable of putting modern LED headlamp to shame!

Price for our restoration package starts from RM 1###, varies on model:
1. E36 starts from RM 1,100
2. E46 starts from RM 1,500
3. E39 starts from RM 1,800 (this model is the whole reason we started this business 😝)
4. E38 starts from RM 1,800
5. E53 starts from RM 1,800

Add-ons can be added as well, such as LED angel eyes, LED bulbs for high beam, matte black effect just to name a few.

Recently found a supplier in China that does proper LED projector foglamps for E39/E46 M sport owner.

Color temp is 6500k, excellent matching for rebuild headlamps that are done with us as the color tone is exactly the same. Does come in 3000k too if you want.

Can check photos for beam pattern and color tone, wide beam pattern and comes with adjustment k**b to adjust beam height to your liking.

Open to orders (will place order once batch reaches 10 pairs to keep prices down low).

RM 250 for a pair of LED projector foglamps (with 1 year warranty), take note is only for M Sport bumper owners ya, standard bumper cant fit.

Another achievement unlocked in expanding models coverage for headlamp restoration, BMW E92 LCI, but it's a 335i N55 DCT 😎

Customer was recommended to me by another happy customer who came to us previously for headlamp work as well.

But it's no easy feat as the wiring rewrapping work took quite alot of our time in restoring it. Newer BMW models has wiring issue where the wiring jacket turns brittle once you touch it. There is no way around it and you have to rewrap them, else you will risk short circuit and frying headlamp modules constantly.

Refurbishment work includes:
1. New lens cover
2. 3 inch bi-led projector retrofit
3. Matte Black shroud effect
4. Wiring rework

Outcome is amazing as we bumped up the light output to 1800 lux from 300 lux.

Collection of E39 headlamp work over the years and variations of headlamp that I have done.

I can proudly say that I've worked on all e39 facelift headlamp variations that BMW has to offer to the market from factory.

From Euro spec to US spec, different variations depending on customer requirements.

Whichever variation, they all look good in their own way.

Most importantly, rebuild the headlamp with all new parts and upgrade wherever necessary like bi-LED projectors which provides the best illumination on the road without blowing a hole in your pocket.

The infamous BMW E39 are beautiful and bright, are thanks to these bunch of fiber optics (in a car from 90s uses fiber optics in their lights, who even does that?!) to transmit lights from the bulbs to the angel eye rings.

Over the years, the jacket surrounding the fiber optics will turn brittle and breaks into pieces.

During our restoration process, we will dissaamvle the optic fiber carrier and layover new heat shrink tube to give them protection, and make them look like new.

These are the small details that matters to us even you can't see it. But good to know that we have done this for you 🤣

New achievement unlocked for another classic BMW model, the well known BMW E38 7-series. Of all the 7-series line-up, the E38 stands out the most as its one of the best looking 7-series ever made even till today.

Car is famous for appearing in James Bond series, Tomorrow Never Dies. The car itself is a model that will never die, as E38 fans are all over the world.

This owner came to us through a workshop recommendation looking to improve the light output from the old xenon system. We retroffited 2.5 inch bi- LED projectors with wiring adaptation according to the factory wiring loom to minimize as much cutting as possible, while retaining the OEM looks of the light.

With the xenon system ditched, now the headlamp runs without any ballast which is heavy and difficult to find replacement. With bi-led projectors, supply is straight forward without any ballast in between.

Lighting has improved tremendeously, from 500 lumens to 1800 lumens! Now driving at night is much safer, clean cut off lines and wider beam pattern.

As the owner car is undergoing restoration, we cant wait for the car to complete its restoration and start rolling on the road.
