Mercedes G350D BlueTEC Stage 1 ECU & TCU

This 2016 Mercedes G350D V6 went thru a full G63 AMG facade upgrade. Now its time to give it a power lift especially on the torque zone.

In stock in measured, 201whp & 528NM. We recalibrated the ECU and TCU, after 4 revisions, it put out 252whp and 600NM.

The differences might bw much but we 100NM gain over stock when factory software start to taper off and continue to hold in the mid range giving it the torque it needs to pull this heavy chasis around the city and on the highway stronger and smoother.

A returning client brought his Honda Civic Type R FK8 for a Stage 3 calibration. Previously it has underwent a Stage 2+ equipped with Xtreme-DI LLC Fuel Kit.

Now with equipped with a HKS Co., Ltd. K20C1 Turbocharger, Uniclutch and Cusco L*D, we strap on the dyno and the results - 437whp and 565NM (RON97 only , no WMI) to the wheels! Thats an additional 60whp and 100NM from the previous Stage 2+ calibration on a hot ambient day.

Thank you for trusting us having driven all the way from Penang to have it done. Now its gonna be a different driving experience on the way back.

APR Carbon Fiber Intake System w/ Turbo Inlet Pipes - 992 3.0T/3.7T - RM14,000 (Pre-Order Lead Time 2 weeks)

The APR Intake and Turbocharger Inlet System for the Porsche 911 (992) 3.0T and 3.7T offers a substantial upgrade in performance by addressing all restrictions within the factory intake system. This complete system is made from high quality carbon fiber with a gorgeous matte finish and billet fittings integrated directly into the carbon fiber. Smooth and organic transitions throughout the system promote airflow though the tightly packed rear engine design. We've increased flow through the air filters, out of the airbox, and into the turbochargers, addressing each weak point in the factory system. On the flow bench with the higher flowing factory system our system flowed 45% better with less pressure drop. On the dyno this directly translated to more power. On the lower output base 3.0T Carrera with our Stage 1 93 octane tune, we picked up 22 WHP and 22 FT-LBS of torque, to the wheels, and on the 3.7T Turbo S with stock software we saw gains as high as 29 AWHP and 27 AWFT-LBS of torque over stock!

Honda Civic Type R FL5 Stage 2 RON97

Owner hail from Johor Bahru and drove to KL to have his FL5 calibrated after having a catless downpipe with RSE Type S catback, PRL Intake and Carbon Turbo Inlet Pipe installed.

This is a MY25 model and when we ran it on the dyno for base run, some interesting showed up which was the boost tap reading showed 1.72 bar. So the rumor that MY25 has a revised boost delivery is true where torque output is improved.

In stock calibration - 319whp & 470NM
Stage 2 - 365whp & 500NM

As the intercooler was stock and heat soaked showing a reading of 60 degrees with ambient air temp 35 degrees today, we had to spray water on the intercooler to aid it kept at 50 degrees for this power reading in the dyno.

We went road testing with the owner and using the AIT reading from the R Logger, the AIT was well below 50 degrees and is delivering what we see on the dyno.

Audi RS3 8Y Stage 2 ECU Tune

After a full bolt on of ER Performance Intercooler, catless downpipe, Eventuri Turbo Inlet Elbow and ECU being unlocked, we sent this RS3 to the dyno.

We landed with a healthy 110whp and 130NM improvement over stock on Map 2 RON100 preset. This totally awakens this hot hatch from before. These RS3s are meant to be custom tuned to explore its full potential with all the possible hardware upgrades. Going out for road test after wrapping up the dyno session, when its full throttled, you literally have your had stuck to the head rest!

Many are not aware, the heat exchanger in the BMW B48 and B58 is the heat extractor that aids air intake temp controlled and lower to provide consistent performance delivery. Be it stock or tuned setup.
