We’re growing our team!

Handal BCM is a leading commercial vehicle distributor and assembler in Malaysia, representing brands such as Foton, Changan, and Golden Dragon. As we expand our CKD assembly and vehicle importation operations, we are looking for a motivated Executive, Special Project to support cross-functional initiatives and regulatory coordination.

If you enjoy project coordination, operations, and working closely with automotive principals and government agencies, this role could be a great fit for you.

🔧 What you’ll do

•⁠ ⁠Support CKD/CBU importation and assembly projects
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate documentation and submissions with MITI, JPJ, SIRIM, PUSPAKOM
•⁠ ⁠Track project timelines and compliance requirements
•⁠ ⁠Prepare reports and presentations for management
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with suppliers, principals, and assembly plants
•⁠ ⁠Assist in strategic and special company projects

✅ What we’re looking for

•⁠ ⁠Degree in Engineering / Business / Automotive or related field
•⁠ ⁠1–3 years working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
•⁠ ⁠Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English & BM
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
