🇹🇭 ท่อไอเสียเดิมจากโรงงานของ BMW ยังสามารถถูกตำรวจไทยออกใบสั่งได้หรือไม่?

วันนี้ผมได้รับข้อมูลหลายรายว่ารถ BMW ที่ใช้ ท่อไอเสียเดิมจากโรงงาน ก็ยังสามารถถูกตำรวจจราจรไทยออกใบสั่งได้ เนื่องจากเสียงดังเกินกำหนด

เพื่อเป็นข้อมูล R1200 GS, R1250 GS และ R1300 GS เป็นรถที่นำเข้าจากโรงงานผลิตของ BMW ที่จังหวัดระยอง ประเทศไทย และติดตั้งท่อไอเสียเดิมจากโรงงาน

ดังนั้น หากเป็น BMW เดิมจากโรงงาน 100% แต่ยังถูกจับเนื่องจากเสียงท่อไอเสียดังเกินกำหนด ใครควรเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ? ผู้ขับขี่หรือผู้ผลิต?

ทุกคนคิดอย่างไรกันบ้าง? 🏍️🇹🇭

🇹🇭 BMW Original Exhaust Can Still Get Summoned in Thailand?

Today I received a few updates saying that BMW bikes with original factory exhausts can still get summoned by Thai traffic police for being too loud.

For your information, the R1200 GS, R1250 GS and R1300 GS are fully imported from BMW’s production facility in Rayong, Thailand, with their original factory exhausts.

So, if a 100% original factory BMW can still be caught for excessive exhaust noise, who should be responsible? The rider or the manufacturer?

What do you guys think? 🏍️🇹🇭
