While we’ve done countless B58 M340is, it was great to get our hands on this sleek M240i. Hardware was already sorted, so we handled the FEMTO ECU unlock and loaded up an MHD Stage 2 map.

The B58 platform never disappoints, even on RON 95! 📈

Porsche 992 Carrera S (Manual) | Stage 2 RON97

A rare sight — the 7-speed manual 992 C2S.
We’ve seen it online, but this was our first time working on it.

And it didn’t disappoint.

A small detail that caught our attention — this car stretches all the way to 310km/h in 5th gear 🤔

For this job, we were requested to perform OPF delete, decat, and a properly calibrated Stage 2 setup.

With hardware in place, we ran it through the dyno:

Stock — 461HP / 593NM
Stage 2 (Low Output) — 558HP / 685NM
Stage 2 (High Output) — 575HP / 749NM

The high-output file is typically paired with an upgraded intercooler —
but curiosity has always been part of the process.

And the manual held its ground.

Audi RS3 8V STAGE 4 | 1014HP 1067NM

A project that took longer than expected, largely due to mismatched hardware from previous phases of the build. But after countless revisions, troubleshooting, and calibration work, this RS3 finally came together exactly the way it should.

Internally built, this car has evolved through multiple stages over the years. From Stage 2, to Stage 3, and now fully transformed into a Stage 4 flex-fuel monster powered by the DS1 platform.

With four selectable map options and full flex-fuel integration, the car delivers anything from a street-friendly setup all the way to absolute chaos at E75 ethanol content:

822HP 892NM → 1014HP 1067NM

A proper five-digit RPM war drum wrapped in a compact sedan shell. 🧨

Porsche 992.1 Carrera 2 GTS | Stage 2 | 557HP / 730NM

This 992.1 GTS came in already tuned.
Before touching anything, we put it straight on the dyno — just to understand what we were working with.

Best run showed:
502HP / 642NM

On paper, decent.
But something didn’t quite add up.

AFR was sitting around 14.7 — unusually lean for a tuned car, and more in line with a stock calibration.
That told us everything we needed to know.

So we started fresh.

Our low output calibration already moved the needle:
+20HP / +30NM on peak — but more importantly, a much stronger and cleaner power delivery across the entire range.

We could’ve stopped there.

But the owner had other plans —
“Go big or go home.”

We looked at each other…
and said, fine.

No upgraded intercooler.
Not something we usually recommend pushing.

But this time — we let it eat.

Before — 502HP / 642NM
Stage 2 (Low Output) — 524HP / 675NM
Stage 2 (High Output) — 557HP / 730NM

The difference isn’t just the numbers —
it’s how the car now builds power with intent, holds torque properly, and delivers consistently where it matters.

Fun fact:
The 992.1 GTS and Carrera S actually share very similar turbochargers.
The gap on paper? Mostly calibration.

Which means… there was always more in it.

We just unlocked it.

95% accurate on the details — close enough. We’ll let the AI tell its version of the story.

But this… this part is real.

With a heavy heart, we’re officially retiring the Supra from track duties.

What started as a build turned into something far more — late nights, small breakthroughs, frustrating setbacks, and those rare perfect laps that made everything worth it.

We always believed there was more in it. More time to find. More speed to unlock.
But sometimes, you don’t wait for the final chapter to close — you choose when to end the story.

And this feels like the right time.

To everyone who stood behind this project — the quiet problem-solvers, the ones who pushed ideas further, the ones who believed in it as much as we did — thank you. You were part of every second this car spent on track.

This isn’t the end. Just the closing of a chapter so we can start a new one 😜
