We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of ESG initiatives across our automotive manufacturing operations. This role supports compliance, data management, and continuous improvement aligned with sustainability and regulatory requirements.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and ex*****on of ESG initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and support functions.
- Collect, consolidate, analyze, and maintain ESG-related data including environmental, social, and governance metrics.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ESG-related standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations.
- Support preparation of ESG reports, dashboards, disclosures, and documentation for management review, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in monitoring ESG performance, tracking improvement initiatives, and conducting year-on-year performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain ESG data, follow up action items, and support improvement plans.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities related to ESG matters when required.
- Maintain proper ESG documentation, records, and evidence for verification and assurance purposes.
- Stay informed on ESG-related requirements, guidelines, and sustainability practices relevant to the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Perform any other ESG-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
- Exposure to ESG, sustainability, environmental compliance, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Able to work on-site in Pekan, Pahang.
